Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join us as the Comprehensive Palliative Care in Aged Care Project Officer. This role is part of a collaborative project funded by the Victorian Department of Health to enhance palliative care in aged care facilities across the Grampians region. This is a fixed term position ending on 30 June 2025.

Selection Criteria

You will have a combination (or equivalent) of the following:

• be a Division 1 Registered Nurse registered with AHPRA 
• experience as a specialist palliative care nurse 
• experience in the aged care sector 
• experience as an educator 
• experience working within a project implementation environment
