This permanent, part-time (9 shifts per fortnight) position is an ongoing role with support, training and professional development.
Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers specialist home-based palliative care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne. Selection Criteria
To be successful, you MUST have the following:
- Experience in managing a team/leadership role experience
- Minimum of 5 years recent experience in community-based palliative care
- Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills
- Competency with common computer applications
- Current VIC Driver’s license
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
- Passion for holistic person-centered nursing care
The following would be desirable:
- Post graduate qualifications in palliative care or working towards
- Experienced in developing and directing and delivering new projects
- Energised by opportunities to introduce new processes and innovation
- Demonstrated interest in palliative care in aged care
